Mindful U HIGH SCHOOL – YOUNG ADULT
Lesson Highlights
- Our high school – young adult programming combines simple, accessible yoga practices for body awareness and wellbeing with Koru Mindfulness, an evidence-based curriculum specifically designed for teaching mindfulness and stress management to highschool students, college students, and young adults.
- The program is designed to be taught over 4 weekly classes, each 75 minutes in length, but is flexible and can be adapted to meet participants’ scheduling needs.
- Research shows that Koru students are less stressed, sleep better, and live with greater ease and self-compassion.
