Mindful U HIGH SCHOOL – YOUNG ADULT
Our high school – young adult programming combines simple, accessible yoga practices for body awareness and wellbeing with Koru Mindfulness, an evidence-based curriculum specifically designed for teaching mindfulness and stress management to highschool students, college students, and young adults.
The program is designed to be taught over 4 weekly classes, each 75 minutes in length, but is flexible and can be adapted to meet participants’ scheduling needs.
Research shows that Koru students are less stressed, sleep better, and live with greater ease and self-compassion.
