Yoga and mindfulness practices can be a tool for growing respect for the rights, differences and dignity of others as a guiding force in building community. Mindfulness practices increase community members’ skill for building and participating in an intentional and peaceful community.

Our programs and workshops are targeted to the specific needs and challenges of each age group and developmental level.

We are committed to ongoing research of MindfulU programming outcomes for the adults and children we work with, and constant improvement based on information gained from evaluation results.
